How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are just that! You tell us what you need. You pre-pay by checking out. On the closing day (stated on each product), we place the order with our vendors. If our vendors meet their production, they will make and send us the items! Once we receive them, we send them straight to your doorstep! If our vendors happen to not meet those productions, we will refund you 100%. Please allow several weeks processing time after closing date for pre-order items. *Ship times are all average and are not guaranteed!
